Domac is a prescription medicine that is available as a Tablet. The alternative uses of Domac have also been explained below.

Domac also has some side effects, the most common being Dry Mouth. Apart from the aforementioned side effects, Domac can also lead to other problems, which have been listed below. Is the use of Domac safe for pregnant women?
Domac may have some side effects during pregnancy. Pregnant women should discontinue the use of Domac, and talk to their doctor, if they notice any discomfort.
Is the use of Domac safe during breastfeeding?
Breastfeeding women may feel side effects of Domac. If you see any side effects, stop taking Domac immediately and talk to your doctor. Take Domac again, only after your doctor's advice.
What is the effect of Domac on the Kidneys?
There may be some adverse effects on kidney after taking Domac. If you observe any such side effects, stop taking this drug. Consume this medicine again only if your doctor advises you to do so.

Interaction between Food and Domac
Taking Domac with food is safe.
Interaction between Alcohol and Domac
Due to lack of research, there is no information about the side effects of taking Domac with alcohol.
No harmful interactions have been reported between Domac and codeine. Do not take it until and unless prescribed. However, if you are experiencing any unpleasant medicinal side effects such as nausea, stomach pain, and tremors after taking Domac. Inform your doctor immediately.
Yes, you can take Domac with or without food, because it doesn't irritate the stomach lining, unlike other drugs. However, if you are taking NSAIDs (painkillers) such as Aspirin and Ibuprofen along with paracetamol it is best to take them with a light meal or a glass of milk.
Domac is being used by pregnant women for many years without any evident harmful effects on the baby. That's why it is usually recommended as the first-line painkiller for pregnant women. But it is not possible to say that this medicine is completely safe to use in pregnancy. You are highly recommended to check with your doctor/gynaecologist before taking any medicine even [medicine] during pregnancy.
An overdose occurs when more than the required amount (toxic levels) of [medicine] is taken. Initial symptoms of Domac overdose includes loss of appetite, drowsiness, seizures, abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting. Later progressive symptoms may include pain in your upper stomach, dark colored urine, yellowing of your skin or the white patches in your eyes, liver damage and in rare cases, it can also lead to coma. So, by any chance, if you have accidentally taken more than the required dose of Domac inform your doctor immediately.
Domac is not recommended for back pain. However, It can be taken along with a painkiller for the treatment of back pain.
