Yes, Dilgel can cause edema (swelling). It is the most common side effects of this drug. Usually swelling occurs in face, eyes, lips, tongue, hands, arms, feet and ankle. If yes, then you can stop taking this medicine with the help of doctor because of alternate treatment are also available.
