This helps to relieve symptoms of allergies, such as a runny nose, sneezing, and redness, watery, itchy eyes. This drug also helps to relieve itching caused due to urticaria (hives). It also acts as a serotonin antagonist which stimulate the appetite center in the brain. hence in this way, it also increases the weight. People often used it for weight gain (off-label use).
