Rarely, Calcitas D3 causes a headache, if the drug is taken in more than the recommended doses. It is a known side effect of this drug. However, the exact cause headache is unknown. If you experience a severe headache after taking this drug, take a mild painkiller, applying balms and complete rest. Even after this if the pain does not subside then discuss with your doctor immediately.
Calcitas D3 is a brand name of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) and it comes in the form of a tablet, capsule, sachet, and injection.
