Bvert is a commercial drug that is prescribed in the form of Tablet. Primarily, it is used for the treatment of Meniere's Disease, Vertigo. Secondary and off-label uses of Bvert have also been mentioned below.
The right dosage of Bvert depends on the age, gender, and medical history of the patient. Individual symptoms and route of administration also determines the right dosage. For detailed information on this, read through the dosage section.
Bvert also has some side effects, the most common being Headache, Indigestion. Besides the aforementioned side effects, there are other adverse effects of Bvert as well, which are listed below. Interaction between Food and Bvert

Interaction between Alcohol and Bvert
Due to lack of research, nothing can be said about side effects of consuming alcohol while taking Bvert.
No, Bvert does not treat motion sickness. It is antivertigo medicine used to treat vertigo associated with Meniere's disease. Motion sickness is treated with ondansetron and another anti-nausea drug. It is well tolerated and has no side effects.
No, Bvert does not cause weight gain. However, If you experience your weight is fluctuating after taking this medicine then inform the doctor to prevent unwanted weight gain.
Occasionally, Bvert causes constipation. Constipation means three or fewer bowl in a week, in this case, stool become hard and dry and sometimes it is painful to pass. If you experience severe constipation after consuming this medicine, eat more fruit, vegetable, and grain which are higher in fibers. Also, drink plenty of water and take a laxative if necessary.
Bvert can be safely taken as prescribed by your doctor. Do not discontinue the medicine suddenly or take it longer than prescribed duration. It starts working within a few days after consuming this drug. However, in some patient, it may take some weeks to work properly. Duration, of course, varies patient to patient.
Rarely, Bvert causes drowsiness. However, If you experience drowsy after taking this medicine then inform to doctor right away and follow his/her instructions.
