Arpitor is a commercial drug that is prescribed in the form of Tablet. It is typically used for the treatment of High Cholesterol. Other than this, Arpitor has some other therapeutic uses, which have been discussed ahead.

The optimal dosage of Arpitor is largely dependent on the individual's body weight, medical history, gender and age. The condition it has been prescribed for, and the route of administration also determine the right dosage. Detailed information has been provided in the dosage section.

Arpitor also has some side effects, the most common being Headache, Nasopharyngitis, Diarrhoea. Besides the aforementioned side effects, there are other adverse effects of Arpitor as well, which are listed below. Such side effects of Arpitor normally do not last long and go away once the treatment is completed. If, however, they worsen or do not go away, please speak with your physician.

Arpitor's effect during pregnancy is Severe and Mild while nursing. In addition, Arpitor's effects on the liver, heart and kidney are discussed below in the Arpitor related warnings section.

Arpitor is not recommended if you suffer from certain medical conditions as it can have adverse effects. Liver Disease, Alcoholism are examples of such conditions. Other contraindications of Arpitor have been discussed in the sections ahead.
