No, Agra does not cause priapism. Priapism is a prolonged or persistent erection that lasts for more than 4 hours and is often very painful. Clinical trial suggests that there were no any episode of priapism was found in any studies. Agra does not cause an erection without sexual stimulation. It is not like a penile injection or intraurethral therapy. Its mechanism of action is totally different. However, if you experience any unpleasant effects after consuming this medicine. Please do not hesitate to consult your doctor immediately.
Do not take Agra with nitrate, because taking it with nitrates can cause life-threatening conditions. Also, this combination is contraindicated, it must be avoided as it can produce significant hypotension (low blood pressure) and is potentially fatal.
The FDA has not approved Agra in women. Its safety and effectiveness have not been established in any group other than men over the age of 18 years.
