Afdura contains alfuzosin which works by relaxing the smooth muscles which are present in the bladder neck and prostate. This relaxation results in improvement in the urine flow which make it easy to urinate. In this way Afdura provides relief from the symptoms associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
