Benefits Of Scrub For Sunburn

Scrub can be used at home in this way -

  • Soak 6-7 almonds in hot water until its peel is removed. After this, dry the almonds and grind them and keep this powder in an airtight jar. Every morning, mix 2 teaspoons of powder with curd or cold milk and apply it on the face. Wash it with water after drying.
  • Mixing a little curd in 2 teaspoons of rice powder and using it as a scrub gives relief to oily skin.
  • Mix a little turmeric in curd and apply it gently on the skin daily. Wash with fresh clean water after about half an hour.
  • Mix 2 teaspoons of lemon juice in 1 teaspoon of honey and apply it on the face and wash it with fresh clean water after half an hour. Do this daily.
  • For oily skin, mix cucumber pulp in curd and apply this mixture on the face and leave it. After about 20 minutes, wash the face with water.
  • For oily skin, mix 1 teaspoon of honey in tomato pulp and apply it on the skin and wash it after 20 minutes.
  • To provide relief to the skin from sunburn, apply cold milk gently on the skin daily with the help of cotton. The following ingredients can be used to make a cleansing mask at home -

  • Mix cucumber and papaya pulp and add 1 teaspoon curd, 1 teaspoon honey, 4 teaspoons oatmeal and 1 teaspoon lemon juice to it. Apply this mixture on the face and neck and wash it with fresh water after half an hour. Do this twice a week.
