Uracel capsule is a prescription medication used in the treatment of colorectal cancer. It combines two active ingredients: Tegafur (100mg) and Uracil (224mg). Tegafur is a prodrug that converts into 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) in the body, interfering with the growth of cancer cells. Uracil enhances the effectiveness of Tegafur by inhibiting the breakdown of 5-FU, allowing it to remain active longer. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting any new medication. Uses:

• Treatment of cancer of the colon and rectum.

Dosage and Administration:

• The typical regimen involves taking for 28 consecutive days, followed by a 7-day break. This 35-day cycle is then repeated. It's essential to follow your doctor's instructions regarding dosage and duration.

Precautions:
