Yes, Unimika is effective against bacteria (Pseudomonas). But it is also found that Pseudomonas can get resistant to this drug and in that case Unimika will not produce desired results. If you are experiencing no symptomatic relief after taking this medicine then inform your doctor and follow his/her instructions.
Occasionally, Unimika can cause drug-induced thrombocytopenia (blood clot formation in the vessel). However, if you experience severe thrombocytopenia after taking this medicine, please immediately seek medical help.
