Glanoxy Information

Glanoxy is a prescription medicine that is available as a Injection. Primarily, it is used for the treatment of Colorectal Cancer. Secondary and off-label uses of Glanoxy have also been mentioned below.

The optimal dosage of Glanoxy is largely dependent on the individual's body weight, medical history, gender and age. The condition it has been prescribed for, and the route of administration also determine the right dosage. This information has been provided in detail in the dosage section.

Apart from the aforementioned side effects, Glanoxy can also lead to other problems, which have been listed below. This is the usual dosage recommended in most common treatment cases. Please remember that every patient and their case is different, so the dosage can be different based on the disease, route of administration, patient's age and medical history.

  • Before or After Meal: As advised by a physician
  • Single Maximum Dose: 140 mg
  • Dosage Route: Parenteral

  • Special Instructions: Given 85 mg/m2 as IV infusion with combination of 5-fluorouracil/leucovorin in every 2 weeks
Geriatric
  • Disease: Colorectal Cancer
