Q Mal is a prescription medicine that is available as a Tablet. Primarily, it is used for the treatment of Malaria, Cerebral Malaria. Other than this, Q Mal has some other therapeutic uses, which have been discussed ahead.

Interaction between Food and Q Mal
There isn't any research available on the side effects of taking Q Mal with food.
Interaction between Alcohol and Q Mal
Taking [medicine] and alcohol at the same time may lead to mild side effects. Contact your doctor right away if you observe any side effects.
Yes, Q Mal causes low blood pressure (hypotension). It is a known side effect of this drug. If you are experiencing lightheadedness or blurry vision which are symptoms of low blood pressure after taking this drug then try to sit down and rest for a while till it subsides.
No, Q Mal does not cause weight loss. Weight loss has not been associated with this drug. However, if you are experiencing unusual weight loss and you are in doubt that Q Mal is causing weight loss then discuss with your doctor instantly.
Yes, Q Mal has been reported to cause tinnitus (ringing in the ears) and also hearing loss which is reversible and goes away after discontinuation of this drug.
