Kufrest is a prescription drug, available for use as Syrup. It is typically used for the treatment of Cough. Other than this, Kufrest has some other therapeutic uses, which have been discussed ahead.

The right dosage of Kufrest depends on the age, gender, and medical history of the patient. Dosage also depends on the route of administration and your chief complaint for which the drug is prescribed. This information has been provided in detail in the dosage section.

The most common side effects of Kufrest are Headache, Muscle cramps or spasms (painful), Unsteadiness. Such side effects of Kufrest normally do not last long and go away once the treatment is completed. Please speak with your doctor if these side effects worsen or persist for a longer duration.

It is also important to note that Kufrest has a Unknown effect for pregnant women and Unknown effect on lactating mothers. In addition, Kufrest's effects on the liver, heart and kidney are discussed below in the Kufrest related warnings section.
