The optimal dosage of Concor Am is largely dependent on the individual's body weight, medical history, gender and age. Individual symptoms and route of administration also determines the right dosage. Refer to the dosage section for a detailed discussion.

Interaction between Alcohol and Concor Am
Consuming Concor Am with alcohol can have many serious effects on your body.
Concor Am comes in form of a tablet and ideally, it should be taken by mouth once daily as advised by your doctor. It can be taken with food or without food at any time of the day. Precautions must be taken in patients with liver disease, diabetes, and hypothyroidism.
Yes, Concor Am can cause edema. It is the most common side effects of this drug. Usually swelling occurs in feet and ankle. If these effects cause troublesome, then consult your doctor regarding whether this effect arises due to amlodipine consumption or not. If yes, then you can stop taking this medicine with the help of doctor because of alternate treatment are also available. However, it is dose-related effects if taken a low dose, chances of edema are very less if consuming high dose the chances of edema are high.
Yes, Concor Am can be taken with ibuprofen. No harmful drug interaction has been reported between them. However, if you feel any discomfort after taking ibuprofen do not hesitate to inform your doctor.
No, use of Concor Am has not been associated with memory loss. But if you are in doubt do discuss with your doctor to check for underlying medical conditions resulting in memory loss.
Yes, Concor Am can cause erectile dysfunction. It is uncommon side effects of this drug. If you experience erectile dysfunction after consuming this drug, please inform to a doctor, they might give you an alternate therapy.
