Alzil's effect during pregnancy is Moderate and Severe while nursing. In addition, Alzil's effects on the liver, heart and kidney are discussed below in the Alzil related warnings section.

Alzil is contraindicated in people with pre-existing medical conditions like Asthma, COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease), Heart Disease as it can result in adverse effects. Other conditions have been mentioned below in the Alzil contraindications section.
