Interaction between Food and Megalis 20 Tablet

Interaction between Alcohol and Megalis 20 Tablet
Taking alcohol with Megalis 20 Tablet can be dangerous.
Do not take Megalis with nitrate, because taking it with nitrates can cause life-threatening conditions. Also, this combination is contraindicated, it must be avoided as it can produce significant hypotension (low blood pressure) and is potentially fatal.
You can take Megalis only on doctor's advice. Maybe it lowers the blood pressure. Please consult your doctor before taking these two medications together.
Megalis is a brand name for tadalafil. It is a prescription drug that belongs to the class of medications called phosphodiesterase-5 enzyme Inhibitor. It is used to treat erectile dysfunction. Its effectiveness for treating sexual dysfunction in women has yet not been established. It works only by increasing sexual stimulation but does not increase sexual desire. It is also used to treat enlarged prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia-BPH) and pulmonary hypertension.
Megalis does not influence the libido. It influences only on the physical aspect of sexual intercourse, by increasing the blood flow to the penis.
