Oflem is a prescription drug, available for use as Tablet. It is typically used for the treatment of Urinary Tract Infection, Ear Infection, Bacterial Infections. Oflem also has some secondary and off-label uses. These are listed below.

The optimal dosage of Oflem is largely dependent on the individual's body weight, medical history, gender and age. Besides the medical condition it is advised for, the route of administration also plays an important role in determining the correct drug dosage. While these are the most often observed Oflem side effects, there are can be others also. These have been listed below. Usually, these side effects of Oflem go away soon, and do not persist beyond the duration of the treatment. It is also important to note that Oflem has a Moderate effect for pregnant women and Moderate effect on lactating mothers.
