Vertin is a commercial drug that is prescribed in the form of Tablet. It is primarily used for the treatment of Meniere's Disease, Vertigo. Secondary and off-label uses of Vertin have also been mentioned below.

Vertin can be taken orally or given by IM (Intramuscular). An oral form such tablet are taken 2 - 3 times daily preferably with a meal to avoid stomach upset. Take this medicine in the required quantity and duration as prescribed by your doctor.
Vertin is an analogue of histamine whereas cinnarizine is an antihistamine. Theoretically analogue of histamine counteract with antihistamine hence should not be used together. No clinical trial suggest on the concurrent use of these two medicines together.
