The abortion pill is more effective, but its effectiveness decreases if the duration of pregnancy is more. Heavy bleeding starts 2-5 hours after taking abortion medicine and it slows down after 24 hours. As soon as the abortion is complete, the bleeding becomes light and the pain reduces. Also, symptoms like fever or nausea also disappear.
