Yes, Vyopem can cause diarrhea by disturbing bacterial flora of the gut. It is a common side effect of this drug. However, if you are experiencing excessive diarrhea after consuming this medicine inform the doctor immediately and check if you can discontinue the medicine. Try keeping yourself hydrated, drink plenty of fluids and take ample rest.
Yes, Vyopem can be taken for a cough, if it is associated with infection caused by bacteria. Please consult your doctor for the best treatment and diagnosis for cough.
