Yes, Tendar has been found to be effective in sciatica patients as it reduces the inflammatory edema of the nerve roots. Sciatica refers to the pain that radiates from lower back to hips to buttocks to each leg. It is usually felt on one side of the body. One must find a best-suited sleeping position and stick to it every night, one must also sleep on a firm mattress, use a good neck pillow, wear a pain relieving patch to bed, and do some light stretching before sleeping.
