Yes, you can take Tadox Tablet if you suffering from high blood pressure. Erectile dysfunction is often found in men with high blood pressure because of the hardening of the blood vessels in the penis region. Sometimes, erectile dysfunction also indicates that a person might have high blood pressure. Although Tadox Tablet causes small but clinically insignificant fall in blood pressure levels in men with both normal and high blood pressure. Tadox Tablet does not influence the libido. It influences only on the physical aspect of sexual intercourse, by increasing the blood flow to the penis.
Tadox Tablet works by inhibiting the phosphodiesterase-5 enzyme in the corpus cavernosum, leading to smooth muscle relaxation (vasodilation). This smooth muscle relaxation leads to vasodilation and increases the flow of blood in the penis causing an erection.
