Seleg works by inhibiting the phosphodiesterase-5 enzyme in the corpus cavernosum, leading to smooth muscle relaxation (vasodilation). This smooth muscle relaxation leads to vasodilation and increases the flow of blood in the penis causing an erection.

No, Seleg does not cause priapism. Priapism is a prolonged or persistent erection that lasts for more than 4 hours and is often very painful.
