Yes, Radoz can help to reduce gas (flatulence) by preventing acidity (through decreasing the release of acid in your stomach) and facilitating gastric emptying.
Radoz contains domperidone (dopamine D2-receptor antagonist). It works by inhibiting the neurotransmitter dopamine (a chemical messenger present in our body) from acting on the vomiting center present in the brain thus preventing nausea and vomiting which provides relief to the patient from nausea and vomiting.
Yes, Radoz can cause constipation. It is a rare side effect of this drug. However, if you are experiencing severe constipation after taking this drug then inform your doctor and take precautionary methods such as eating fibrous foods to avoid constipation.
