Yes, Omerax causes dizziness, if taken for a long time, for example, more than 1 year. If this medicine has been taken for a long time it can lower the magnesium level in the blood, which can cause dizziness. However, do not hesitate to inform your doctor.
Yes, Omerax can cause diarrhea. However, diarrhea could be a sign of contracted infection too. If you experience severe diarrhea after consuming this medicine, inform the doctor right away without further delay.
Rarely Omerax causes stomach cancer. There has been no direct relationship to establish the fact. However, stomach cancer and other cancers may develop because of recurring acid reflux for a long time for example 7 - 8 years or more. If you feel any symptoms associated with cancer such as consistent low-grade fever, weight loss due to unexplained reasons, and pain in the abdomen. Yes, you can take Omerax with paracetamol. No drug-drug interactions are seen when taking these two medicines together. However, it doesn't mean that no interaction exists between them.
