The optimal dosage of Olmetor M is largely dependent on the individual's body weight, medical history, gender and age. Besides the medical condition it is advised for, the route of administration also plays an important role in determining the correct drug dosage. The most common side effects of Olmetor M are Upper respiratory tract infection, Slow heart rate (pulse). While these are the most often observed Olmetor M side effects, there are can be others also. These have been listed below. Normally, these side effects of Olmetor M are not long lasting and go away when the treatment is finished. Please speak with your doctor if these side effects worsen or persist for a longer duration.

It is also important to note that Olmetor M has a Severe effect for pregnant women and Mild effect on lactating mothers. Warnings related to Olmetor M's effects on the liver, heart and kidney, if any, have been listed below.

Olmetor M is not recommended if you suffer from certain medical conditions as it can have adverse effects. Bradycardia (Slow Heart Rate), Low Blood Pressure (Hypotension), Bradycardia (Slow Heart Rate) are examples of such conditions.
