Yes, Nefzon can be taken for cough, if it is associated with infection caused by bacteria. However, if cough gets severe and does not subside after taking this drug. Do consult a doctor for the right treatment.
Avoid taking Nefzon with azithromycin, because it can cause heart-related problems. However, if you are experiencing any discomfort after consuming these two medicines at the same time then do not hesitate to inform your doctor.
Do not self-administer Nefzon. It comes in the form of injection and preferably taken 1 - 2 times in a day (Intravenously or Intramuscularly).
