No, L Core should not be discontinued on your own. Discontinuation of a drug on your own can cause some serious problem such as blood pressure or chest pain which lead to heart attack and stroke. So before stopping this medicine, you must consult your doctor, he/she may switch your treatment if you can not tolerate this drug.
