Is Kanam used to treat UTI?

Yes, Kanam can treat UTI (urinary tract infection) but it is not generally preferred as a first line drug of choice for the treatment of UTI. It is only prescribed in UTI when other drugs are not effective in treating the infection or the severity of infection is very high.
