Gemif Information

Gemif is a prescription drug, available for use as Tablet. It is primarily used for the treatment of Bronchitis. Other than this, Gemif has some other therapeutic uses, which have been discussed ahead.

The correct dosage of Gemif depends on the patient's age, gender, and medical history. Dosage also depends on the route of administration and your chief complaint for which the drug is prescribed. Refer to the dosage section for a detailed discussion.

Gemif also has some side effects, the most common being Nausea or vomiting, Diarrhoea, Dizziness. Apart from the aforementioned side effects, Gemif can also lead to other problems, which have been listed below. These side effects of Gemif are usually temporary and subside with the completion of treatment. However, if these continue for a longer time, consult your doctor right away.

Gemif's effect during pregnancy is Moderate and Severe while nursing. It is important to know if Gemif has any effect on the kidney, liver and heart. Information on such adverse effects, if any, has been given in the Gemif related warnings section.

Gemif is contraindicated in people with pre-existing medical conditions like Myasthenia Gravis (MG), Heart Disease, Tendon Injury (Tendinopathy) as it can result in adverse effects. Some other conditions that can be affected by Gemif are listed in the contraindications section below.
