No, Freelex should be avoided in patients with acute abdominal disorders such as appendicitis and intestinal obstruction. It should also be avoided in patients with inflammatory bowel disease and serious dehydration. Additionally, suppositories should be avoided in patient's with ulcerated hemorrhoids, inflammation of the rectum and anal fissures.
