Forplus is a prescription drug, available for use as Injection. Primarily, it is used for the treatment of Endocarditis. Forplus also has some secondary and off-label uses. These are listed below.

Medical history of the patient along with age and gender determines the dosage of Forplus. Dosage also depends on the route of administration and your chief complaint for which the drug is prescribed. For detailed information on this, read through the dosage section.

Forplus also has some side effects, the most common being Rash, Itching or burning, Fever. While these are the most often observed Forplus side effects, there are can be others also. These have been listed below. Usually, these side effects of Forplus go away soon, and do not persist beyond the duration of the treatment. Please speak with your doctor if these side effects worsen or persist for a longer duration.

It is also important to note that Forplus has a Unknown effect for pregnant women and Unknown effect on lactating mothers. It is important to know if Forplus has any effect on the kidney, liver and heart. Information on such adverse effects, if any, has been given in the Forplus related warnings section.
