Yes, Estoclav can cause diarrhea by disturbing bacterial flora of the gut. It is a common side effect of this drug. However, if you are experiencing severe diarrhea after consuming this medicine inform the doctor immediately and check if you can discontinue the medicine.
Yes, you can take Estoclav with paracetamol. No clinical drug-drug interactions have observed between them. However, if you feel any side effects after consuming these two medicine at the same time then inform the doctor and follow his/her instructions.
