Efospar is a commercial drug that is prescribed in the form of Tablet. It is primarily used for the treatment of Bacterial Infections, Bronchitis. Secondary and off-label uses of Efospar have also been mentioned below.

The optimal dosage of Efospar is largely dependent on the individual's body weight, medical history, gender and age. Besides the medical condition it is advised for, the route of administration also plays an important role in determining the correct drug dosage. The side effects typically associated with Efospar include Headache, Photosensitivity, Itching or burning. Besides the aforementioned side effects, there are other adverse effects of Efospar as well, which are listed below. These side effects of Efospar are usually temporary and subside with the completion of treatment. If, however, they worsen or do not go away, please speak with your physician.

It is also important to note that Efospar has a Moderate effect for pregnant women and Severe effect on lactating mothers.
