Yes, Ecopan is given in combination with domperidone. A fixed-dose combination of [Medicinie] and domperidone is available in the market which is used in the treatment of GERD and other stomach related problems.
Rarely Ecopan causes stomach cancer. There has been no direct relationship to establish the fact. However, stomach cancer and other cancers may develop because of recurring acid reflux for a long time for example 7 - 8 years or more. If you feel any symptoms associated with cancer such as consistent low-grade fever, weight loss due to unexplained reasons, and pain in the abdomen, do not hesitate to get it diagnosed by a physician.
Rarely, Ecopan causes hair loss. This is a reversible side effect of Ecopan, the problem goes away after discontinuation of this drug. For partial hair loss, you are advised to use hair tonic and discuss with your doctor about a better treatment option for hair loss.
Yes, Ecopan is given in combination with itopride. The combination is used for the management of gastro-esophageal reflux disorder (GERD).
No, Ecopan doesn't cause high blood pressure.
