However, because of its poor activity against these bacteria Duroxyl is not recommended usually for the treatment of sinus infection (sinusitis).
Yes, Duroxyl is safe to use, if taken in prescribed amount and duration as advised by the doctor. However, certain side effects have been associated with this drug such as dyspepsia, abdominal pain, and rash. Yes, Duroxyl might cause a headache. It is a rare side effect of this drug. However, the exact cause of a headache is still unknown.
