No, Cefil does not cause hair loss (alopecia). It has not been associated with hair loss till now. If you are experiencing any unusual hair loss after using this drug and you are in doubt that Cefil is causing this effect then do discuss it with your doctor.
Yes, Cefil can be taken with tylenol. No clinically significant drug interaction has been reported between them. However, if you feel any discomfort after taking this drug along with paracetamol then do not hesitate to inform your doctor.
Cefil contains cefalexin which is a broad-spectrum antibiotic that is active against a wide variety of bacteria. It works by preventing the cell wall synthesis in bacteria by binding to specific proteins (penicillin-binding proteins). The cell wall protects the bacteria from the environment, in the absence of a cell wall, the bacteria becomes vulnerable and dies. Cefil is effective against bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Beta-hemolytic streptococci, Moraxella catarrhalis, Staphylococci strains, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Proteus mirabilis, and Klebsiella species.

It is a broad spectrum antibiotic that belongs to the class of drugs known as cephalosporins. Cefil is a prescription drug which is used in the treatment and prevention of bacterial infections. It is mainly used in the treatment of urinary tract infections, skin infections, tonsillitis, and pharyngitis.
