Akni is a commercial drug that is prescribed in the form of Gel. It is typically used for the treatment of Bacterial Infections, Skin Infections. Other than this, Akni has some other therapeutic uses, which have been discussed ahead.

Yes, Akni can treat BV (bacterial vaginosis) which is an infection caused by the overgrowth of bacteria in the vagina. Akni contains clindamycin which is a broad-spectrum antibiotic that kills the bacteria that are causing the infection.
Yes, oral Akni can be taken with diphenhydramine. No drug-drug interaction has been reported between them. It is safe to take Akni along with diphenhydramine if the dose of this drug does not exceed recommended doses. However, if you feel any discomfort after taking this drug do not hesitate to inform your doctor.
