  • Place your hand just above the right hip bone present below your stomach. 
  • After this, while applying light pressure with your hand, rotate the hand in a circular motion and move it upwards towards the right side ribs. 
  • Now, while rotating your hand in a circular motion like this, bring it from the right side ribs to the left side. 
  • After this, move your hand towards the left side hip bone. 
  • Do this massage as per your requirement and if you feel pain while massaging, stop immediately. 
  • Consuming alcohol or cigarettes when you have a bloated stomach can increase your problem. If you drink alcohol or cigarettes, try to give up this habit or if possible, stay away from them until the problem is cured.
