No, Hepamerz does not cause low blood pressure (hypotension). If you are experiencing lightheadedness or blurry vision (symptoms of low blood pressure) after taking this drug then try to sit down and rest for a while till it subsides and discuss with the doctor.

Ideally, oral Hepamerz should be taken by mouth 2 - 3 times a day or as advised by your doctor. Hepamerz can be taken with or with food as the presence of food normally does not affect its absorption from the stomach. Precautions must be taken in patients with diabetes mellitus and fructose intolerance.

Yes, Hepamerz may cause stomach pain. It is a rare side effect of this drug. If you experience stomach pain after taking this drug, take a mild painkiller and apply balm and take rest. Even after that if the pain does not subside or becomes more severe then discuss with your doctor immediately.
