Do not take this medicine more than once in a day. Do not take this medicine along with antacids because this lowers the stomach acids which can decrease the absorption of vitamin B-12. Also, do not take it along with metformin which can decrease levels of both vitamin B-12 and folate. Take it exactly as directed by the physician.
