Rarely, LC Mist causes fever and chills. It is a rare side effect of the medicine. If you are experiencing fever after taking this drug then try to take mild antipyretic medicine such as paracetamol even after this fever does not subsidise then discuss with your doctor and follow his/her instructions.

LC Mist contains acetylcysteine which works as an antidote in case of paracetamol overdose. It is presumed that acetylcysteine reduces the extent of liver damage caused by the toxic levels of paracetamol.
