Inonza contains Inotuzumab Ozogamicin, an antibody-drug conjugate used in the treatment of adults with relapsed or refractory B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). It works by targeting and killing cancer cells with minimal impact on healthy cells.

Mechanism of Action

Inotuzumab Ozogamicin consists of a monoclonal antibody targeting CD22, linked to a cytotoxic agent. It binds to CD22 on cancer cells, internalizes, and releases the cytotoxic agent, which causes DNA damage and cell death.

Onset of Action

Clinical response can be observed within the first treatment cycle.

Duration of Action

Therapeutic effects last depending on individual responses and disease progression.

Dosage

• Induction cycle: 1.8 mg/m² per cycle, divided into doses on days 1, 8, and 15.
• Subsequent cycles: Adjust based on patient response and tolerability.

Precautions
