सीटाल तरल मानव में अम्लीय मूत्र के लिए एक क्षारीय है। सिरप मूत्र के अम्लीय प्रकृति को तटस्थ बनाता है।
डिस्डियम हाइड्रोजन साइट्रेट तरल के मुख्य घटक है। साइट्रिक एसिड के सोडियम नमक, साइट्रेट एंटीऑक्सिडेंट गुणों से समृद्ध है और इसे एक अम्लता नियामक और सिकैस्टेंट के रूप में प्रयोग किया जाता है। यह एक प्रणालीगत क्षार है और मूत्र के गंभीर अम्लीय प्रकृति को हटा देता है।

Yes, Cital causes difficulty in breathing (dyspnoea) in some cases but this occurs very rarely. It is a known side effect of this drug. This is caused by the increased concentrations of sodium bicarbonate ions in blood and increased pH levels this leads to decrease in breathing rate (respiratory rate). If you are experiencing excessive difficulty in breathing then discuss it with your doctor without any further delay.
