It works by inhibiting the action of abnormal proteins that promote cancer cell growth, helping to stop or slow down cancer progression.

Uses:

• Treatment of advanced or metastatic ALK-positive NSCLC.

• Treatment of ROS1-positive NSCLC.

Mechanism of Action: Lorlatinib is designed to target and inhibit the anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) and ROS1 receptors. By blocking these proteins, it prevents tumor cells' growth and proliferation.

Dosage and Administration:

• Recommended Dose: 100 mg orally once daily.

• Lobriqua should be taken at the same time each day with or without food.

• Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet; swallow it whole with water.

• Missed Dose: If a dose is missed, take it as soon as remembered unless it is close to the next dose.
