  • First of all, stand with your feet together as in Tadasana.
  • Now keep your hands straight close to the body.
  • After this, stretch the right hand away from the body and bring it parallel to the shoulder.
  • Now while inhaling, take the hand straight up and keep it close to the ear.
  • After this, while exhaling, bend to your left.
  • In this position, the left hand will remain close to the body.
  • Stay in this position for a few seconds and keep breathing at a normal pace.
  • After this, while inhaling, become straight and bring the hand down.
  • Now repeat this action with the left hand.
  • You can do this 5 to 7 times.
