  • Exercise: Exercising can prove beneficial if you feel tired because of menopause. According to a research study, exercising regularly can get rid of not only fatigue but also the problems of hot flashes, weight gain, mood swings, etc. You can include yoga, dance, aerobics, Zumba and other light exercises in your routine. This can make you feel fresh and energetic throughout the day.
  • Get enough sleep: Once you hit menopause, it becomes even more important for you to sleep and wake up on time. Avoid drinking coffee or alcohol before sleeping.   • Keep yourself hydrated: After reaching menopause, due to a lack of water, the body may start feeling tired more quickly than before. In such cases, it is very important to keep yourself hydrated. Therefore, consume 8-10 glasses of water daily, at regular intervals.
