If the navel slips, you can test it at home. There are three ways to test it, which are being explained in detail below.

1. Measuring the distance from the navel to the toe
To test for navel slippage, you have to lie straight on your back on the ground. After this, with the help of another person, the distance from your navel to the toe is measured with the help of a rope. In this process, one end of the rope is taken to the navel and the other end to the toe. Similarly, the distance between the navel and the toe of the other foot is also measured. If there is a difference in the distance of the toes of both the feet from the navel, then it indicates navel slippage.

2. Finding the pulse in the navel
In the second test for navel displacement, you have to lie on your back on the ground. After this, you have to place the thumb of your hand on the navel. In this case, if you feel a pulsation in the navel on your thumb, then your navel is in the right place. If you do not feel the pulsation, then it indicates the displacement of the navel.

3. Measuring the distance from the navel to the nipple
The third method of testing this is also quite similar to the first method. In this, you have to measure the distance from your navel to the nipple. If there is a difference in these distances, then it is a sign of your navel slipping. At present, there is no test available in the medical world for navel slipping (Dharan). In such a situation, the displacement of the navel is estimated on the basis of these home tests.

For many years, home remedies have been used in society for navel dislocation. You all must have seen many types of remedies being tried by the elders of the house for navel dislocation since childhood. Some of these remedies for navel dislocation (Dharan) are being explained in detail below.

Getting a massage -
When the navel dislocates, massage is the first suggestion given by the elders of the house to cure it. Some people know the way to bring it to the right place by massaging the navel. This problem gets cured by massaging or massaging when the navel dislocates, but this massage should be done by an expert only, otherwise you may have to face other problems.

During the massage, the feet are also massaged, which puts pressure on the acupressure points of the feet. In this, the person doing the massage does it with the little finger and thumb of his hands and the other three fingers. In this remedy, massage should be done by a fully trained person only, if the navel reaches the wrong place, it can also stop breathing.

Use of candle and lamp -
To try this home remedy in the treatment of navel slipping, you should have a lamp. The base of the lamp to be taken in this should be about one inch, while its depth should be 2 inches. To do this remedy, you have to lie down on your back on the ground and put oil in the lamp and light it and place it in the middle of your navel. After this, you have to place a glass on top of this lamp. After doing this, you have to apply slight pressure from above the glass, so that the air does not come out.

After some time you will see that the glass has stuck to your navel due to the steam formed inside the lamp. When this happens, you have to lift the glass upwards with a light hand, this will also pull the skin around your navel upwards. After some time, the air inside the glass will come out and the skin of your navel will become normal. This remedy puts pressure on the navel and it comes to its correct place. In this remedy, if there is no diya (lamp), you can also use a candle. In which you have to place the candle on the navel on a coin with a 1 inch base.

It is important to be careful – while doing this remedy, you have to fill less than half the oil in the diya, because hot oil can burn your skin.
