There are many reasons for infertility in women, but Putrajeevak Beej acts as a supportive medicine to detoxify the uterus, thereby preventing miscarriage and improving the functions of the ovaries which help in releasing mature and healthy eggs for fertilization. For conception, the kernel of Putrajeevak seed is taken with milk during the days of menstruation. Apart from this, grinding the bark of Putrajeevak tree, root of Bilva (Aegle marmelos) and root of Malakangni (Celastrus paniculatus) in water and taking it once a day for 2-3 weeks stops abnormal bleeding from the womb of a pregnant woman. For all types of menstrual diseases, the pulp of the seed and cumin seeds are ground in milk and given in the morning during menstruation

According to Ayurveda, it is suitable for women who have increased Vata Dosha and Pitta Dosha. According to Ayurveda, weakness of the uterus is the main cause of recurrent miscarriage. In such cases, the uterus is unable to continue the pregnancy. Putrajeevak seeds are best for such cases.
